Instructions

Use a soft measuring tape and follow these instructions. Wear tight-fitting or no clothing for best accuracy. Always stand relaxed but upright. We recommend to bring a helper for the best results.

1. Head Circumference

Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your head—just above the eyebrows and ears, circling around the back.

2. Shoulder Width

Measure across the top of your back from the edge of one shoulder to the other, where a shirt seam would sit.

3. Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight.

4. Arm Circumference

Wrap the tape around the thickest part of your upper arm (bicep area) while your arm is relaxed by your side.

5. Upper Body Length

Measure from the top of your shoulder (near the base of the neck) down to your natural waistline.

6. Waist Circumference

Find the narrowest point of your torso (usually just above the belly button) and wrap the tape around.

7. Hip Circumference

Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape level all the way around.

8. Thigh Circumference

Wrap the tape around the thickest part of your upper thigh, standing with feet hip-width apart.

9. Height

Stand straight against a wall with your heels touching it. Measure from the top of your head to the floor.

10. Foot Length

Place your foot flat on the ground. Measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe.

11. Foot Width

Measure across the widest part of your foot (usually across the ball of the foot), while standing.

12. Weight

Use a digital or mechanical scale. Stand evenly on both feet for an accurate measurement.
