0. Before you order
Make sure to read our Policy and FAQ page to ensure your order goes as smoothly as possible!

1. Send us your fursona!
You send us a completed quote form with your reference material and we will give you a general price estimate for your commission. Prices range between $3000USD and beyond based on the complexity of your order and whether you want a partial or a full-suit.

2. Hashing out the deets
If the quoted price is within range for you and you would like to move forward with the order, we will charge a non-refundable* $250USD deposit for our talented in-house artist to draw your fursona in our style!

3. Work begins!
Once the ref-sheet and all other details are to your satisfaction, we will begin work upon receiving full payment and a written confirmation via e-mail.

4. Progress updates
During the creation of your suit, you will receive live updates about the progress of your commission. These updates will typically include progress photos.

5. Final confirmation
After we have finished your commission, we will send an e-mail to confirm your shipping address.

6. Delivery
Once we ship your commission, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
F.A.Q.
What does non-refundable* mean?
When we refer to the $500 CAD deposit as non-refundable, we mean that under normal circumstances, this deposit is retained by SG Fursuit to cover the cost of creating your custom reference sheet and preparing your commission.
However, if you choose to cancel your order during the reference sheet stage, you are eligible for a 50% partial refund of the deposit. This reflects the portion of the deposit that covers the completed portion of our in-house artist’s work.
If SG Fursuit cancels your order at any point, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
In short:

This ensures fair compensation for the time and labor involved, while protecting both you and our team.
Does my deposit go towards the price of my commission?
Yes!
Your $500 CAD deposit is not an extra charge—it’s part of your total commission cost. Once your reference sheet is approved and you proceed with the full suit, the deposit is credited toward your final invoice.
Will I get to keep the ref-sheet your artist draws for me?
Yes—as long as your commission is completed.
All custom artwork we create for your suit, including your reference sheet and sticker pack, is yours to keep and use however you like once your suit is finished.
However, if your commission is canceled for any reason, that artwork remains the sole property of SG Fursuit and may not be used, reposted, or repurposed in any form.
What if I don't like the ref-sheet your artist draws for me?
Every commissioner receives two free rounds of revisions to ensure the reference sheet aligns with your vision. If you're still not satisfied after those revisions, additional significant changes may be incur added fees.
If you decide to cancel during the ref-sheet stage, you’ll receive a 50% refund of your deposit to reflect the work already completed by our artist.
